I have not followed all of the House Bills to the final Public Acts for all of these, but did for Corporations and LLCs (including PCs and PLLCs), PA 310 and 315. (Eneities which are majority owned by honorably dischared veterans will not have to pay a Michigan Annual Report fee).
The sunset was going to expire and fees would go down, the present fees were extended through 2015, but are waived for honorably discharged veterans, entities majority owned by (or in the case of non-profits a majority of the directors are honorably discharged veterans.
