Dear Appellate Attorneys: I am in need of help for a client who was given a civil infraction for having "art" on his property. We lost in 65A District Court and want to appeal to Circuit Court. You may have heard of case: It's "The Blue Loop" case in Clinton County. We have raised a few dollars for his appeal; but I would like some help so that I can win the case for this wonderful artist.
